Shipping & Returns

US local delivery and 30-day damaged item support.

COREAX currently supports US local delivery for direct-site orders. Fulfillment may be handled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, with typical delivery in 3-7 business days after the order is processed.

Shipping Area

At launch, direct-site shipping is intended for addresses within the United States. International checkout and non-US delivery are not currently supported.

Estimated Delivery

Most US orders are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days after fulfillment. Delivery timing may vary by location, carrier conditions, inventory availability, weather, holidays, or address accuracy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact COREAX within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, product SKU, photos of the packaging, photos or video of the issue, and a short explanation.

Return Authorization

Please contact COREAX before sending anything back. Do not return items to the shipping label address unless our support team confirms it. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds or Replacements

After the issue is reviewed, COREAX may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and your bank once processed.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Products damaged by incorrect installation, modification, misuse, overload, or normal wear.
  • Items returned without support confirmation.
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery, unless required by applicable law.
Because checkout payments are not enabled yet, this policy is prepared for the upcoming direct-site sales flow and may be refined before launch.
