Covered Support
Damage in transit, manufacturing defects, missing essential components, or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement, refund, or support resolution after review.
Not Covered
Incorrect installation, overloaded use, modification, corrosion from unsuitable environments, misuse, impact damage after delivery, or normal wear are not covered by the damaged/defective item policy.
